San Francisco, Calif. (May 9, 2019) —Taylor Design, an employee-owned architectural, interior design and design strategy firm, is increasing its presence in the science and technology market with the recent announcement that Tad Costerison, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager/Architect in its San Francisco office. Costerison will be instrumental in leading further expansion into the science and technology market for the firm, focusing on new business development and client service.
Long recognized for its design of healthcare facilities, Taylor Design has been extending its reach into education, science and technology with the addition of a number of highly-skilled specialists. Costerison brings 20 years of experience to his role having completed the design and delivery of laboratory, R&D facilities, and a wide variety of healthcare research facilities.

Costerison holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design from Ball State University. He has managed and/or designed over 3 million square feet of spaces throughout the world. Landmark projects include the Li Ka Shing Cancer Research Center in Shantou China, King Abdullah’s Financial District Medical Center in Saudi Arabia, UCSF Science Instructional Research Towers in San Francisco CA, The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito CA.
